*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for providing high-quality patient care. As an RN, you will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and delivering nursing interventions to ensure optimal health outcomes. This position may involve working in various settings, including acute care, senior care, pediatrics, assisted living, and dementia care. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and needs. * Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments. * Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions. * Provide direct patient care, including wound care, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care. * Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner. * Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of practice. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services. *Requirements* * Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. * Experience in acute care or senior care settings is preferred. * Strong skills in patient assessment and medication administration. * Experience working with children or in pediatrics is a plus. * Familiarity with electronic health record systems (Epic or Cerner) is advantageous. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members. * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. * Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on dignity and respect for all individuals. * Previous experience in assisted living or dementia care is desirable but not mandatory.
