*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the mortgage industry and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. As a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, ensuring they receive the best financing options tailored to their needs. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key in serving our diverse clientele. *Responsibilities* * Assess clients' financial situations and advise them on suitable mortgage products. * Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary documentation and information. * Negotiate terms and conditions with lenders on behalf of clients. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage application process. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using Excel and other software tools. * Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed guidance. * Assist clients in understanding cash management related to their mortgage options. * Foster relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other professionals in the industry. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or in a similar role within the financial services industry. * Strong mathematical skills with the ability to analyze financial data accurately. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients. * Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions. * Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (English required). * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications. * Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
