*The Opportunity:*
We?re seeking an experienced *Senior Project Manager* to join our Moncton team. This is a leadership role that requires strategic oversight, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage large-scale, complex construction projects from inception to completion. *What You?ll Do:*
* *Strategic Leadership:* Lead and oversee multiple high-value construction projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and Acadian?s high standards of quality.
* *Project Oversight:* Manage budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
* *Problem Solving:* Use advanced problem-solving skills to address challenges and keep projects on track, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
* *Team Development:* Mentor and guide project teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement while building a culture of trust and high performance.
* *Client Relations:* Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are strengthened.
* *Innovation:* Drive the adoption of new technologies, methodologies, and processes to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
* *Risk Management:* Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project delivery.
* *The Acadian Way:* Champion Acadian Construction?s defined project management processes, promoting consistency and excellence across all projects.
*Qualifications:*
* A diploma in Engineering Technology or a Bachelor?s degree in Engineering or a related field.
* *10+ years of senior project management experience* in the construction industry, with a proven record of successfully managing large-scale and complex projects.
* Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
* Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, and advanced skills in the MS Office suite.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
* A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities.
* Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering quality results.
* Proficiency in French (oral and written) is an asset but not required.
