We are seeking a reliable, skilled and experienced *Finish Carpenter* with a minimum of *10 years of professional experience* in finish carpentry and framing. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to deliver high-quality craftsmanship, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. This role requires *willingness to travel* to various project sites. *Key Responsibilities:* * Perform precise and detailed finish carpentry work, including trim, molding, cabinetry, and custom woodwork. * Collaborate with project teams to ensure work aligns with design specifications. * Utilize framing skills to build structural components and support project needs. * Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment. * Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members. *Qualifications:* * Minimum of *10 years of hands-on experience* in finish carpentry and framing. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. * Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability on the job. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * A valid driver?s license and willingness to travel. *What We Offer:* * Competitive compensation based on experience. * Travel allowances. * Opportunities to work on diverse and exciting projects. * A supportive and professional work environment.
