The front end associate will excel at processing transactions accurately and timely by executing our GET checkout process.<br> <br> Key Responsibilities:<br> Ensures Customer Satisfaction<br> Using the GET Involved approach to customer service, front-end associate greets each customer, engages them during the transaction and thanks the customer for their business.<br> Demonstrates knowledge of products and services and makes appropriate suggestions to meet the customers? needs.<br> Treats all customers and associates in a sincere, appreciative manner and minimizes the time in the checkout line, acknowledging waiting customers.<br> Promote and recommends services offered such as Credit, Extended Warranty, Tool Rental, Pro Services, etc.<br> <br> Maintains Safety, Security and Shrink Mitigation<br> Follows all Safety and Loss Prevention policies and procedures.<br> Follows processes on the front-end designed to mitigate shrink and protect assets.<br> <br> Competencies:<br> Communicates Effectively<br> Customer Focus<br> <br> Skills:<br> Interpersonal skills<br> Cash Handling<br> <br> Direct Manager/Direct Reports:<br> Front End Supervisor<br> <br> Travel Requirements:<br> None<br> <br> Physical Requirements:<br> Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving items<br> <br> Hybrid Work:<br> Dependent<br> <br> Working Conditions:<br> Working within a flexible schedule that may include evening and weekends.<br> Warehouse environment that can be dusty and noisy.<br> Doors are frequently open, causing drafts and interior temperature changes.<br> <br> Minimum Education:<br> Highschool Diploma or Equivalent<br> <br> Minimum Years of Work Experience:<br> 1 to 2 years Retail or Cash experience an asset<br> <br> Minimum Leadership Experience:<br> NA<br> <br> Certifications:<br> NA<br> <br> Other Requirements/Assets:<br> NA- LocationLloydminster, AB
