Works in collaboration with interdisciplinary team to deliver occupational health nursing services relative to the periodic health assessment (PHA); assessment program for special placements/missions; disability case management; or immunization program in accordance with policy. As such provides advice/guidance/recommendations; collaborates with medical professionals, facilitates/coordinates referrals, reviews/maintains medical files and follows up on assessments, immunizations and examinations; facilitates or performs screening tests (such as audiograms, vision tests, pulmonary function and blood pressure readings); enters/updates medical profiles/information onto electronic file management systems.- LocationWinnipeg, MB
