We are looking to add experienced full-time Outbound Sales/Retention Representative to our team! *Do you have a background in outbound sales and retention? Do you display excellent communications skills?* *CONTACT US!* The hours for this position are as follows: Mon ? Fri from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM $18/Hour + retention bonus Paid Training We require: - Outstanding phone presence - Excellent attendance and punctuality - Ability to follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. -Sales Skills -Retention Knowledge Our office is located downtown Hamilton. ``` Retention Specialist Duties: - Communicate with customers to understand their needs and concerns - Analyze customer data to identify patterns and trends - Provide exceptional customer service and support - Upsell products and services to existing customers - Assist with data entry and record keeping Experience: - Previous experience in sales or customer service roles - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions - Proficient in data entry and computer skills As a Retention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our customer base by providing excellent service and addressing their needs. You will have the opportunity to utilize your sales skills to upsell products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be expected to work on-site at our location.
