We are looking to add a *Permanent Full-Time Hygienist *to our amazing team! If you are organized, self-motivated and have high energy, you could be that person. If you also possess a can-do attitude, have a minimum of 1 year dental hygiene experience, amazing customer service skills and good computer skills, then you should apply. Willow Dental has been serving the Mississauga community for over 55 years. We offer services in General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Implants, Orthodontics (including Invisalign), TMJ Treatments, Sedation and Sleep Apnea. We have a well established busy hygiene program and see the majority of our patients back on a regular recall/perio maintenance. We are a technology advanced office with a variety of equipment for our clinical team to use such as itero, lasers, piezo's and CBCT to name a few. We recognize the importance of investing in our team and office to deliver exceptional care to our well established patient base. We see on average over 45 new patients a month and are proud of our 4.9 rating on Google. Our team and patients enjoy the yoga/spa inspired office. If you love that too, we look forward to hearing from you! _*Hours Required:*_ Mondays & Tuesdays 10am-7pm Wednesdays 8am-5pm Thursdays 8am-5pm Saturdays 9-3 (every second Saturday, 2 per month) _*Duties include but are not limited to:*_ * Scaling/Root Planing * Polishing, varnish, fluoride treatments * Use of itero scanner for tracking perio, new patients and new Invisalign cases * X-rays (digital) * Use of intra oral camera * COE's and assisting in treatment planning * STM experience an asset * Use of lasers for perio treatment _*Our team enjoys a variety of perks such as Invisalign booking incentives, free parking, profit sharing, paid downtime for cancellations and no shows and yearly wage reviews*_ We have a designated hygiene scheduling team that focuses just on booking hygiene schedules so there is little to no downtime for hygienists.
