We are seeking a skilled and licensed Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heavy equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. *Responsibilities* * Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including excavators, asphalt pavers, rollers, graders, loaders, skid steer loaders, dump trucks, milling machines, cold planers and tack trucks. * Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively. * Conduct inspections to ensure equipment meets safety regulations and standards. * Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed. * Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of projects. * Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in equipment technology. *Skills* * Valid license as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic. * Proven experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance. * Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, engines, and electrical systems. * Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong communication skills.
