Levy & Associates, Personal Injury Lawyers, is a plaintiff-side litigation firm located in the heart of North York. We are seeking to hire knowledgeable and dedicated Tort Law Clerk to join our expanding legal team. *The successful candidate/s should possess the following qualifications:* * Completion of an accredited Law Clerk program * 2+ years of law clerk experience working with Tort claims in a personal injury and/or insurance litigation firm with references * Proficiency with the _Rules of Civil Procedure_ * Experience in trial preparation and dispute resolution processes such as drafting of claims, motion records, legal memoranda, etc. * Exceptional communication, customer service and organizational skills * Ability to manage a large volume of documents, prioritize and meet strict deadlines in a fast paced environment * Strong attention to detail Tort Clerk responsibilities will include all aspects of trial preparation including drafting of claims, motion records and memoranda, preparing for Examinations, answering undertakings and production requests, and reviewing and analyzing documentary evidence.
