Description As a member of the Property department, the Construction Project Coordinator organizes and orchestrates renovation and construction projects for all of Reena and Batay Reena under the direction of the Director of Facilities Management and Capital Projects. The principal responsibilities include developing, implementing, and coordinating the timely execution of multiple and simultaneous construction and renovation projects, monitoring job progression and the quality of work related to project outcomes, liaising with vendors and service providers, project budgeting, and implementing cost-effective initiatives while also ensuring alignment with the organizational mission, mandate, and goals.
