About the Company Forge Recruitment is pleased to partner with our client, in their search for a Corporate Paralegal to join their Vancouver office. About the Role Managing incorporations, amalgamations, continuations, and registrations Handling reorganizations, including tax-related transactions, capital alterations, and name changes Supporting private mergers and acquisitions Preparing dividend and bonus declarations Facilitating share transactions (issuances, transfers, redemptions, repurchases, and transmissions) Conducting due diligence on corporate records and drafting rectification documents Coordinating director/officer changes, office updates, and other corporate tasks Maintaining files, databases, and corporate records The Offer Excellent Health and Dental Benefits and remuneration ranging between $90,000- $110,000 Work-from-home flexibility Generous vacation allotment Fantastic team and work environment- LocationVancouver, BC
