The Sr. Compensation and Benefits Specialist will be responsible for analyzing compensation trends, managing benefits programs, and ensuring strict compliance with relevant benefit and laws and regulations in the U.S. and Canada. You will work closely with HR and business leaders to maintain accurate job descriptions, conduct benefits orientations, ownership of LOA's and provide clear communication to employees about their compensation and benefits. Your expertise in data analytics will help us assess and improve our compensation structures, while your strong interpersonal skills will ensure effective support for our employees. Remote role but must be based in Canada GTA Duties and Responsibilities Regularly analyze compensation trends to ensure competitive pay structures. Maintain compensation resources and tools.
