The team plays a key role to help investor manage their investments and reach their financial goals. Global Wealth Engineering Technology Team is looking for an energetic and results-oriented Delivery Lead, Development to join our team to help build our platform for our international wealth customers. The Delivery Lead works with one or multiple teams who are delivering business value to customers. As a Delivery Lead, Development with a strong technical background in software development, you are passionate about Agile methodologies, communication, technical alignments, continuous improvement and coaching to deliver the digital production for customers. Is this role right for you? In this role you will: Your role involves leading and managing a cross functional team. You should possess strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and guide team members to achieve their project goals. Bring in technical expertise for productive discussions with the already acquired technical skills in the area of software development with Architects and Technical Leads. Guide and participate with the team to get educated estimates with the technical background and solution design experience. Work with the team to identify roadmap/feature dependencies and impediments. Be accountable for tracking the dependencies and impediments and removing them to enable the team: surface, track, escalate. Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution. Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised and resolved. Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks. Ensures all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities, understand the program schedule and key milestones and update schedule status regularly. Identify and act on coaching opportunities at the individual and team level. Conduct regular assessments of a team's Agile Maturity and use the results to guide them to improved performance. Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective) and longer-term planning exercises (Release Planning, Release Train Planning). Support the Product Owner, especially with respect to story grooming and maintaining the product backlog. Proactively identify and mitigate risks using Agile best practices and project deliverables. Forecast the number of deliverables based on evidence and reliable sources. Be an expert in estimating and planning. Know how to create useful, reliable, and practical plans for software development projects. Coordinate operation readiness activities with associated teams (security, infrastructure, network, etc.). Oversee and coordinate software release activities. Actively participate and assist in timely decision-making in defining the product backlog (working with Product Owner, Business Analyst); alignment to overall product architecture and technical design (working with Architect and Tech Leads). Regularly communicate with other scrum teams to ensure tactical story alignment and identify/track dependencies between the teams. Provide regular, standardized reporting for team performance: velocity, stories completed, and project status. Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have: Must Have Skills: 10+ years of technical project management experience and/or leading large cross-functional/cross-regional teams on major organizational projects primarly dealing with software development releases.
