With a career at The Home Depot, you can be yourself and also be part of something bigger.<br> <br> Position Purpose: Senior Analysts are responsible for leading small to medium subsets of larger projects and initiatives and individual processes that bring value to The Home Depot. They must possess a high level of analytical ability to distinguish multiple components of a problem and develop conclusions using quantitative skills. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to leading teams on projects, effective communication to teams and other leaders, reviewing and understanding sales/financial data, identifying trends in business and the retail industry. A successful Senior Installation Services Analyst will possess and demonstrate strong leadership skills, analytical ability, and communication.<br> <br> Position Responsibilities<br> Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of business processes.<br> Reporting and Communication: Regularly report on process performance and improvement initiatives to senior management. Communicate effectively with stakeholders about changes, benefits, and progress.<br> Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of business processes. Monitor and analyze these metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure that processes meet their intended goals.<br> Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.<br> Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs, gather requirements, and ensure alignment on business objectives.<br> Reporting and Visualisation: Develop and present reports and dashboards that clearly communicate data findings and insights to various audiences.<br> Strategic Planning: Assist in formulating business strategies based on data-driven insights, helping to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.<br> Project Management: Lead or support projects related to data initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.<br> Tool Development and Implementation: Collaborate with IT teams to design, implement, and maintain data analytics tools and systems.<br> Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on data analytics tools and methodologies.<br> Analyze information and develop reports to drive the business and to improve the ?bottom line?.<br> Prepare analysis and forecasts for the use in the development of financial business decisions.<br> Liaise with business partners in divisional and corporate offices to ensure an effective communication process.<br> Create new and supplemental reporting methods to aid management in proactive problem solving.<br> Participate in NPV, ROI & budget preparations and analysis. Lead strategic projects Ensure accuracy and integrity of the reporting systems.<br> Provide analysis that adds value to the business and allows for the making of strategically sound decisions<br> In coordination with other departments conduct special financial and statistical studies.<br> Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solution.<br> <br> Experience/Knowledge Required:<br> 3 to 5 years of analytical experience in a retail environment and/or financial analysis experience.<br> Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred.<br> Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access and Power Point.<br> Self-starter, efficient, organized and able to produce high quality work under pressure and in a timely fashion.<br> Strong analytical skills and attentive to details. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.<br> Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility and confidentiality.<br> Flexible in attitude and approach to business solutions.<br> Demonstrate expertise in business analysis and f- LocationToronto, ON
