*Overview* G-Force seeking a highly motivated and reliable Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary role will be to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access to the premises. If you have a strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring the safety of others, we encourage you to apply. *Responsibilities* * Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. * Conduct regular inspections of the premises, including access points, to ensure security measures are in place. * Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies and take appropriate action as necessary. * Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to monitor activities in real-time. * Document incidents and prepare detailed reports for management review. * Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns or incidents. * Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries professionally. * Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety and security. *Skills* * Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies. * Familiarity with law enforcement protocols and emergency response procedures is preferred. * Proficient in operating surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems. * Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with others. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Problem-solving skills with the capacity to assess situations quickly and make informed decisions. _G Force Security is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
