We are seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the food industry to create innovative menus that reflect our restaurant's vision.
*Duties*
* Develop and design creative menus that cater to diverse tastes while maintaining seasonal availability of ingredients.
* Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
* Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs effectively to maximize profitability.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
* Monitor kitchen performance, address any issues promptly, and implement improvements as necessary.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among kitchen staff.
*Skills*
* Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong background in the food service industry.
* Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
* Strong culinary skills with the ability to cook various cuisines and adapt recipes as needed.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
* Knowledge of bartending practices is a plus, enhancing the overall dining experience for guests.

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
