Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to. Pro Shop duties: Oversee operation of Pro Shop which includes:1. Sales of green fees, season golf passes, trackage fees, storage fees, etc.2. Program the till3. Rental of power carts, pull carts, clubs4. Sales of merchandise5. Order merchandise6. Ensure all golfers signs register before going on the course7. Enforce course regulations8. Work with head greens keeper and always keep open communication9. Keep up with all emails 10. Ensure all spreadsheets are kept up to date11. All filing is completed 12. All documents and forms sent in on time13. MAP yearly grant Tournaments:1. Organize golf tournaments2. Set fees for golf tournament3. Make posters4. Collect and organize any prizes needed for our tournaments5. Work with Clubhouse head cook on menu and pricing6. Work with groups that want to put on a tournament Daily maintenance: 1. Wipe down golf carts and remove all garbage - bottles, cans, scorecard, etc.2. Sweep sidewalks and clean gutters and maintain cleanliness of deck3. Maintain crushed rock areas garbage and weeds4. Patio deck cleaned 5. Upstairs deck cleaned Weekly maintenance: 1. Wash golf carts2. Clean and maintain rental clubs and carts3. Gas golf carts4. Clean windows In additions the Pro Shop supervisor: 1. You are provided a laptop for the pro shop2. Hire, train and schedule Pro Shop staff3. Let administrator know of any purchases 4. Make sure all signage is up to date5. Ensure all trackage and Golf Sask info is documented6. Make recommendations to Administration regarding services and overall operation of Pro Shop.7. Manage in sourcing vendors, obtaining quotes and contracts, and purchasing of- LocationLafleche, SK
