*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our Periodontal Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while promoting good oral health. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. *Duties* * Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess patients' oral health. * Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits. * Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. * Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in Dentrix software. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols. * Provide exceptional patient care, addressing any patient inquiries or concerns with professionalism. * Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies. *Requirements* * Valid license to practice as a Dental Hygienist. * Proficiency in medical terminology related to dentistry. * Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key to patient care. * Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. * Previous experience in a periodontal office is advantageous but not mandatory. * Knowledge of Dentrix or similar dental practice management software is preferred.
