We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced *Store Manager* to join our team at DashVapes. As the Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service while upholding our company culture, beliefs, and business objectives. Responsibilities: * Provide leadership and direction to the sales team to ensure exceptional customer service and assist with product selection * Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including maintaining a clean work area and proper merchandise presentation * Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention * Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet business objectives * Recruit, train, and develop staff members while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment * Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback to improve performance * Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements to maximize sales opportunities * Collaborate with other managers to ensure consistency across all locations * Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive business growth Qualifications/Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a retail environment * Intermediate/Advanced Vaping/E-Cigarette knowledge is a must * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities * Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop staff * Familiarity with computers and data/web searches Other: * Invitation to company benefits program (vision, dental, drug, and medical) after a 3-month probationary period concludes * *Location: Greater Toronto Area* * *Schedule:* 11 am-7 pm x 5 days/week (Sat-Sun off) * *Compensation:* Starting at $40,000/year _DashVapes, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
