We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth in your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for technology sales, and the ability to analyze market trends to meet customer needs effectively.
*Responsibilities*
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that align with market demands.
* Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
* Provide technical sales support by understanding customer requirements and offering tailored solutions.
* Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and expand professional networks.
*Skills*
* Proven experience in business development and outside sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
* Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer interactions.
* Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
* Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
