Scrum Master- our client requires a Scrum Master to effectively lead Agile teams, ensure adherence to Scrum practices, and drive the successful delivery of complex products or value streams by fostering collaboration, removing impediments, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Work is hybrid. The client has various offices across Canada for the onsite work. Required Skills: In-depth understanding of Agile Principles and scrum frameworks. Ability to analyze and resolve a wide range of impediments that are strategic, organizational, or technical in nature. Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Demonstrated expertise in resolving team conflicts and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. Extensive experience coaching- LocationRegina, SK
