Duties: Reporting to the Manager of Planning, the Senior Planner is responsible for processing applications pursuant to the Planning Act and the Condominium Act, assisting with major planning studies and research projects, advising organized bodies, agencies and individuals on planning matters, and representing the City/Division as an expert in various land-use planning-related forums.
