Job Title: Bioinformatics Data Scientist Analyst Location: Mississauga, ON L5N, 5M8 Duration: 12 Months Pay Range: $50.00 to $64.25 Job Description: We seek a self-motivated, independent, and creative scientist to support computational research within our Computational Sciences Immunology team. We have a team of skilled bioinformatics researchers working in a highly collaborative environment with both biomarker and drug discovery scientists. This role will focus on analyzing sequencing data from pre-clinical studies to look for mechanisms of action and potential biomarkers. Duties: Perform comprehensive analysis of various NGS data sets including bulk RNA-seq and single-cell genomic studies.
