Your role will be both proactive and responsive, ensuring our clients receive the personalized, professional service they deserve.</p><p>What You'll Do:</p><p>Client Support: Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.<br />Account Management: Handle renewals, endorsements, claims support, and policy marketing.<br />Sales Support: Provide quotes to prospective clients and offer advice on the best coverage options.<br />Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure client issues are resolved quickly and effectively.<br />Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all insurance products, services, and industry changes.</p><p><br /> What We're Looking For:</p><p>To thrive in this role, you'll need to be a proactive problem-solver, an excellent communicator, and a client-focused advisor. Here's what we expect:</p><p>Must-Haves</p><p>RIBO License with a minimum of 3 years of personal insurance customer service experience.<br />Strong knowledge of personal insurance policies and underwriting.<br />Proven customer service experience with a relationship-focused approach.<br />Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) to clearly advise and assist clients.<br />Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.<br />Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.<br />Proficiency with Power Broker, Applied Rating, Outlook, and Word.</p><p>Nice-to-Haves</p><p>Completion of or progress toward industry designations like CAIB or other ongoing insurance education.<br />Efficient keyboarding skills and the ability to master new software quickly.</p><p> Why You'll Love Working Here:</p><p>At Guthrie Insurance / InsurePlus, you're not just another employee - you're a valued team member with real opportunities to grow.
