If you're the type to bring their A-Game every single day, we want to talk to you._ SHIPHYPE is looking for a *Part-time Marketing Manager.* *About SHIPHYPE* SHIPHYPE is a 3PL/fulfillment provider based out of Toronto, Canada. Our warehouses are located in Canada and USA, from which we provide DTC fulfillment services for eCommerce brands. What does that mean? Brands who are selling products online contract us for picking and packing their orders, to be shipped to their customers. These are brands who are selling direct-to-consumer through their websites (Shopify, etc). Some of these are startups, but there's a good number of Mid-Market and Enterprise level clients as well. The company is growing >100% YOY, and we have a ton of demand. We have very strong marketing that works, and we need someone to help take it to the next level. We're simply looking for the best. Anyone who isn't a complete superstar won't survive here. *About the Position* As a Marketing Manager at SHIPHYPE, you will be responsible for: * Copywriting (videos, emails, website copy, blogs) * Building and managing our YouTube channel * Creating resources and tools for clients * Create customer journey automations and funnels * Study the 3PL/fulfillment industry * Improving website design/functionality * Email + SMS Marketing * SEO/SMM Marketing * Creating video content (for website + social media) * Ensure everything is done within budget and KPIs are met * Generate positive ROI * Studying, identifying, implementing and testing latest marketing trends * Ensuring all marketing campaigns are tracked and organized * Hiring/Managing sub-contractors for services * Regular meetings with upper management for future planning * & lots more *Our Ideal Candidate* * OBSESSED with marketing * Wants to become the best in the world * Willing to learn everything there is about marketing. * Has excellent verbal and written communication skills * Not afraid of being on camera * Recognizes opportunity and finds creative ways to do things * Self-critiques and is obsessed with improving * Cares about their Job * Shows up to meetings early *What We Can't Have* * Negative attitude and reluctancy to work * Uncoachable individuals * Unenthusiastic about learning and changes *Minimum Requirements* * Must have 3+ years experience in Marketing * Has experience running successful marketing campaigns * Experienced with Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheets * Experience with Marketing Tools *Team Size* * We currently have ~30 employees across 4 locations. * Marketing team is currently 2 people. *Pay* * The pay is $25 per hour. *Work Schedule* * You can pick your own hours (2-4 hours/day, as-needed) * This is a hybrid position.
