Job details
* Knowledge and operation of Brake Press machinery (Trumpf brand preferred) * Ability to prepare, run, bend set-ups and forming operations; this includes custom modification used in combination with other tooling * Program using all features of the Brake Press (i.e. bending at angles, proper gauge transfer between steps, delays, etc) * Must have a full understanding of print reading and geometric tolerances and how they relate to the finished part * Ability to work independently under minimal supervision * Ability to work well with others in a team environment * Work in an efficient and timely manner * Keep work area, including machine surfaces, clean at all times * Daily preventative maintenance, greasing, cleaning and general house-keeping. Experience on Shear, Iron Worker, Band Saw, Hydraulic Punches, Hand drills, magnetic drills, grinders, bench press, other small tools an asset. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Odessa, ON K0H2H0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person- LocationOdessa, ON
