\*\*Position Overview:\*\*
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our expanding team. In this role, you will connect with homeowners in your assigned area, educate them about the benefits of solar energy, and guide them through the transition to solar power. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and renewable energy.
\*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\*
- Engage homeowners through door-to-door canvassing to generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and available incentives.
- Qualify leads by assessing the suitability of properties for solar installations.
- Schedule appointments for consultations or present customized solar solutions to close sales.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and positive demeanor when building relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with the team and management to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress using CRM tools.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to exceed sales goals.
- Resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and stay positive.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or door-to-door canvassing is a plus, but not required.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your assigned territory.
