Heavy Duty Cleaner for a condo building on Markham Road in Markham - North of 407 near Bur Oak Avenue Duties to include: -Maintain compactor room and garbage area, move garbage bins and clean them when emptied. -Perform daily inspection of electrical and mechanical systems and perform maintenance as required. -Basic cleaning of various areas of the building, minor repairs such as drywall, and minor painting. Other duties as required. Work - Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM *AND* Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.20 per hour Expected hours: 48 per week Schedule: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Every Weekend * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Markham, ON L6E 0T9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * Janitorial: 1 year (preferred) * Heavy Duty Cleaning: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationMarkham, ON
