In this role, you can use your communication and analytical skills in addition to your experience in portfolio management to have a positive impact on the organization. </span></p><p><strong><span>Your role</span></strong></p><ul> <li><span>Acting as a reference at NBT for all questions related to portfolio management and investment</span></li> <li><span>Supporting the portfolio manager in managing client files</span></li> <li><span>Building presentations, preparing client meetings in collaboration with the account manager</span></li> <li><span>In collaboration with account managers, identifying business opportunities within our client base and supporting the development of new clients with our internal and external business partners at National Bank</span></li> <li><span>Contributing to responding to requests for proposals for institutional asset management by conducting research and assembling relevant information to highlight our services</span></li> <li><span>Ensuring the compliance of client files and following up in our customer relationship management (CRM) tool</span></li> <li><span>Participating in meetings with the Chief Investment Office (CIO) of National Bank Wealth Management to ensure continuous alignment between execution (Investment Council Portfolio Manager) and the investment strategy adopted by the Chief Investment Office</span></li> <li><span>Monitoring the perspectives and positioning of the Chief Investment Office to effectively communicate the evolution of our strategy to clients</span></li> <li><span>Using software such as Factset to perform performance attribution and client portfolio performance analyses</span></li> <li><span>Executing transactions in client portfolios following the guidelines provided by the Chief Investment Office</span></li> <li><span>Performing portfolio rebalancing, cash management, and triggering gains for clients</span></li> <li><span>Communicating to the Chief Investment Office any major changes requested by clients that require a review of portfolio construction and investment decisions under the responsibility of the Chief Investment Officer</span></li> <li>Monitoring market trends</li> </ul><p><strong><span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span></span></strong></p><p><strong><span>Your team</span></strong></p><span></span><span></span><p><span>Our team </span><span>serves a clientele composed of foundations, religious organizations, and businesses, and in this role, you will report to the Portfolio Manager.
