Be part of it by applying for a position with us today.You are responsible for the administration of clients on our administration system for flexible group insurance plans (FlexIt) including interface management and renewals.You are also in close communication with the various internal and external stakeholders. You coordinate the different phases of activities, making sure to meet the established deadlines. You ensure the required follow-ups and supports the customer in the change.You may also be called upon to work on interfaces and initial loadings of systems other than Flexit.Main responsabilitiesDocument and maintain customer requirements at all timesMake sure to keep administrative procedures up to dateCoordinate and execute administrative tasks and make decisions without the need for a lot of supervisionManage renewal activities and ensure that tasks are completed according to the established scheduleAct as the first contact for customersTake charge of customer requests and carry out the necessary follow-ups in accordance with established procedures and deadlines while maintaining the reputation of excellence in customer serviceDevelop test plans and execute test cases to validate changes to the system or interfacesMaintain an effective level of communicationRequired Skills:Education: College or university degree or equivalent work experience.Computer skills :Knowledge of Excel and Visual basic;Knowledge of databases, Power Automate and search tools (SQL) is an asset;Language skills: In order to meet the needs of our customers, the incumbent must be bilingual (English and French).Key skills :Knowledge: Good understanding of system procedures and documentation, as well as quality assurance concepts and best practices.Analytical thinking: Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills, combined with attention to detail and accuracy.Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.Customer service: Strong customer focus and ability to build lasting relationships with customers.Execution and organizational skills: Good organizational skills, ability to develop creative and rational solutions in a varied and dynamic environment, heightened sense of urgency and ability to multi-task.Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude and ability to function both in a group and independently.#LI-VS1#CBM1We believe our employees should reflect the communities we serve and welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
