Our Toronto based client is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant to join their organization on a full time permanent basis. This will be primarily a remote role, but candidates would need to come to the office for meetings and collaboration on an as needed basis. Candidates must be within a two-hour drive from the Greater Toronto Area. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, excellent analytical skills, and a strong understanding of HR processes all within a hybrid working style. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective use of the SuccessFactors platform to meet the organization's HR and talent management needs.
