Role Overview: As a Property and Casualty/Commercial Insurance Broker, you?ll be at the forefront of our client-centric approach. You?ll be responsible for cultivating new business by leveraging our existing network and providing exceptional service to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities: · Expand our business by leveraging our existing network, drive new business acquisitions and foster lasting relationships. · Prioritize client retention by understanding their needs, providing tailored insurance advice. · Address customer inquiries promptly, in alignment with established service timelines and regulatory requirements. · Prepare and present comprehensive quotes while effectively re-marketing policies when needed. · Deliver exceptional service that exceeds expectations. · Ensure strict adherence to all system policies and procedures and underwriting criteria established by our esteemed brokerage partners. Requirements: · Experience in Home and Auto is a plus. · RIBO licensed mandatory, LLQP is a plus. · Strong communication skills and sharp analytical abilities. · Demonstrated track record of providing exceptional customer service. · Proven selling skills with a keen focus on driving business growth. · Enthusiastic about learning, growing professionally, and contributing to the company?s culture and success. · Strong values that prioritize ethics and integrity in all aspects. · Enjoy working collaboratively within a team while demonstrating self motivation and initiative.
