*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents. This role involves diagnosing and treating a variety of pediatric conditions, ensuring the well-being of young patients, and collaborating with parents and caregivers to promote healthy development. *Duties* * Conduct thorough physical examinations of patients to assess their health status. * Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in children. * Administer medications and vaccinations as required. * Provide guidance on nutrition, hygiene, and preventive healthcare practices. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. * Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic. * Engage in data collection for research purposes to improve pediatric care practices. * Educate parents and guardians on managing their child's health conditions effectively. * Participate in hospital rounds and provide acute care when necessary. *Skills* * Strong knowledge of pediatric medicine, including common childhood illnesses and developmental milestones. * Proficiency in patient care techniques and medication administration. * Experience working in a medical office or hospital setting is preferred. * Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly Epic, for efficient patient documentation. * Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. * Ability to perform pain management techniques when necessary. * Commitment to ongoing education and research in the field of pediatrics. * Strong organizational skills for managing multiple patient cases simultaneously.
