Apply today and become part of a team committed to making every movement matter! *Duties* Physiotherapists should expect to perform many different duties, which can include: * Assessing the client?s injury or surgical site and performing functional tests on the muscles and joints. * Develop individualized treatment plans while administering therapeutic exercises, *hands-on* mobilization, and other modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, range of motion, and function * Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary * Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing their conditions and preventing further injury * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records *Requirements* * Valid license to practice as a physiotherapist and must have insurance * Minimum 1-year experience in manual therapy, for acute and chronic conditions * Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment A physiotherapist certificate licensed by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario is required. \*NOTE\* Hours are FLEXIBLE Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $67.00 per hour Expected hours: 7 ? 24 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * No weekends Ability to commute/relocate: * Mississauga, ON L5M 4Y4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * Physiotherapy: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Physiotherapist Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person
