Through building strong relationships and developing a thorough understanding of the platform's objectives and strategy, the successful candidate will act as a trusted partner and proactively identify, challenge, document, and communicate risks in a manner which enables the entire platform team to make faster and better decisions while operating within TD's Risk Appetite. This successful candidate will demonstrate a balance of risk and business acumen to guide the Platform teams as they navigate through complex risk domains and regulatory requirements. A key component of the role is to foster and effectively manage relationships with Risk & Control Partners (Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Operational Risk, Fraud, GAML, Technology Risk, and others) to ensure alignment to the broader organization from a policy and compliance perspective while also leveraging their knowledge and expertise to ensure partner interactions are efficient, effective, and timely.Responsibilities:Incident Management, including Root Cause Analysis, PIR support, remediation tracking and closureExecutive Platform Risk ReportingKey Indicator (KI) Reporting2nd Line Assessments and Reviews (Annual and Ad-Hoc)ORM Programs; including pRCSA, Quality Control Testing, Internal and External Loss Events and reporting ? ILED/ELED, Scenario Analysis, monitoringCompliance Programs; including Regulatory Compliance Management RCM Program; Creating, Maintaining, Updating, and Testing Regulatory Inventory; Compliance Reportable Incidents and Events, including Regulatory reporting to FCACCompliance TestingAML TestingManagement, Tracking and/or Resolution of key operational (non-tech) risks and findings;Audit & GAML Compliance findingsRegulatory Findings and AssessmentsAudit Findings and AssessmentIssues ManagementExam /Audit Management Tracking1B Mandate non-change activitiesManage 1B reporting program to ensure effective oversight and management of all Key Risk Indicators;Deliver key metrics reporting, own controls inventory and management of ongoing risksAssist in the development of Key Indicators (KI) and related thresholdsEnsure compliance with broader policies by completing required assessments, gathering and reviewing appropriate evidence, and finalizing deliverables within prescribed timelines.Support change management activities for any upcoming regulatory changes, including conducting impa- LocationToronto, ON
