*Responsibilities*
* Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
* Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as needed.
* Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
* Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
* Handle inquiries regarding services and provide accurate information to clients.
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
* Assist with administrative tasks as required to support office operations.
* In Store Sales
* Payment Processing
*Experience*
* Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
* Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus, particularly for those applying to healthcare settings.
* Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software applications.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Experience with phone systems and managing multiple lines is highly desirable.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
