*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks including flooring installation, blueprint reading, and masonry. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can fabricate and build structures with precision while ensuring quality workmanship. The Carpenter will be responsible for executing projects from start to finish, working both independently and as part of a team. *Responsibilities* - Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications. - Perform flooring installations with accuracy and attention to detail. - Fabricate and build structures according to design specifications, ensuring structural integrity. - Conduct masonry work as needed, including bricklaying and stone setting. - Execute construction painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects. - Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete carpentry tasks. - Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations. - Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure smooth project execution. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment. *Experience* - Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry is preferred. - Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools is essential. - Familiarity with masonry work is a plus. - Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately is required. - Experience in flooring installation and construction painting is highly desirable. - Demonstrated ability to plumb structures accurately for proper alignment and stability. - A commitment to safety practices on the job site is essential.
