*Job Summary* TGS Electrical is looking for a 309A Electrician to join our team. We are a family run business serving the multi residential property management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency with both hand and power tools. The Electrician will ensure that all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant codes and regulations. *Duties* * Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. * Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs. * Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems. * Work with low voltage systems as needed. * Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks. * Collaborate with other tradespeople on renovation projects. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and local electrical codes. * Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role. * Strong knowledge of electrical systems. * Familiarity with logic controllers is a plus. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Certification or relevant licensing as required by local regulations is preferred. * Experience as a maintenance person or in related fields is advantageous.
