*Overview*
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in various office software and systems, as well as strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
*Responsibilities*
* Manage daily office operations, including scheduling service calls
* Provide outstanding customer support by answering inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
* Prepare quotes
* Process payments
* order/return parts
* Dispatch warranty claims
* Assist customers with purchases
* Prepare weekly bank deposit
*Qualifications*
* Experience in an administrative role or as an office clerk
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with office software tools.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide effective customer support.
* Ability to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
