We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented *Embroidery Machine Operator* to join our team! No prior experience is required, but candidates with a background in arts, crafts, or sewing will be given preference. In this role, you?ll have the opportunity to sew designs onto caps, jackets, and other items. There is potential for this position to become a full-time, permanent role in the future. *Work Schedule:* Candidates must be available during business hours, *9:00 AM to 5:30 PM*. Please note, this schedule may not be suitable for students. *Physical Requirements:* This role requires the ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks, such as hooping, for extended periods. *Key Responsibilities:* ? Operate and monitor embroidery machines to ensure high-quality production. ? Set up and adjust machine settings based on specific design requirements. ? Inspect completed items to ensure accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed. ? Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. ? Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and troubleshoot challenges. ? Keep detailed records of production processes and promptly report any machine malfunctions.
