Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Plan and organize daily operations. Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control. Read blueprint, schemas and drawings. Plan and manage budgets. Develop risk management plans. Oversee the analysis of data and information. Supervision: 3-4 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Personal suitability: Excellent written communication. Organized. Team player. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Green job: Involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes. Support for newcomers and refugees: Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees .
