Duncan Pharmacy and Crofton Pharmacy- Remedy?s Rx is seeking a full time registered pharmacy technician to join our team. We strive for best customer service, so excellent people skills are a must. Key responsibilities of a pharmacy technician include - Processing of prescriptions and adjudicating to third party insurance. - Checking blister packs and refill prescriptions. - Assisting patients with OTC recommendations. - Accurate filling and dispensing of prescription medications - Helping patients picking up medications. - Answering telephones and handling customer requests. - Assisting with cashier responsibilities Qualifications -Licensed with BC College of pharmacy. - Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation - Strong communication skills - Demonstrated customer service experience - Proficient computer and data entry skills. - At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician Work remotely * No Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 ? 40 per week Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Store discount * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person- LocationDuncan, BC
