*Position Overview:*
We are seeking motivated and results-driven *Outside Sales Representatives* to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with homeowners in your assigned area, educating them about the benefits of solar energy, and guiding them through the process of transitioning to solar power. This position is ideal for those with a passion for sales, customer interaction, and renewable energy.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Proactively engage with homeowners through door-to-door canvassing to identify potential customers.
* Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and available incentives.
* Qualify leads by assessing the homeowner?s property suitability for solar installation.
* Schedule appointments for in-depth consultations or present customized solar solutions to close sales.
* Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while building rapport with customers.
* Collaborate with team members and management to achieve individual and team sales goals.
* Track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress using CRM tools.
*Qualifications:*
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets.
* Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
* Experience in sales, customer service, or door-to-door canvassing is a plus (but not required).
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned territory.
