*Job Duties:*
* Provide high-quality, individualized physiotherapy treatments to patients.
* Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to meet each patient?s unique needs.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Educate patients on preventative measures and at-home exercises to improve their condition and prevent future issues.
* Maintain clear and accurate records of patient care, progress, and treatment modifications.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Participate in continuing education and training, with a focus on pelvic floor physiotherapy.
* Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients, with a focus on patient satisfaction and well-being.
*Requirements*
* *Education:* Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Physiotherapy.
* *Certification:* Registered Physiotherapist or Resident Physiotherapist working under a Supervisor.
* *Specialization:* Interest in and commitment to developing expertise in pelvic floor physiotherapy / pediatric preferred.
* *Experience:* Previous experience in pelvic floor physiotherapy is an asset but not required. Extensive training and mentorship will be provided.
* *Skills:*
* Strong clinical knowledge in physiotherapy and ability to apply that knowledge effectively.
* Excellent patient engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with other professionals.
* Time management skills to ensure timely and efficient patient care.
* Adaptability to adjust treatment plans as needed based on patient feedback.
