Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Read blueprints to determine work requirements . Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Assist in demolishing buildings. Clean and pile salvaged materials. Help tradespersons, apprentices and other workers as directed. Move tools, equipment and other materials. Install door, window and other hardware. Read blueprints and drawings. Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems. Shovel cement and other materials into cement mixers, spread concrete and asphalt on road surfaces using shovels, rakes and hand tampers. Construct and repair wood or metal supports and structures. Supervision: Cement finishers. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.- LocationHuntsville, ON
