We are looking for a self-starter with good time management skills, creativity and at least 3 years of experience working as a cook, to join us for the 2023 snowmobile season. Requirements include excellent knowledge of cooking in a roadhouse type environment; good costing and the ability to work on your own, as well as with others. Safe Food Handling Certificate required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ? Meal prep, cooking and clean up ? Kitchen staff direction ? Monitor stock ? Maintaining restaurant cleanliness (assisted by other staff) ? Other duties as assigned 9-5 daytime shifts, Tuesday Wednesday off each week with possibility of extra hours. Location is not on a bus route so you will need your own transportation. Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal Contract length: 2-3 months Pay: $25.00 per hour Benefits: * Discounted or free food * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Schedule: * Day shift * Every Weekend Experience: * Cooking: 2 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (required) Work Location: In person- LocationRedbridge, ON
