<p>We are looking for a bilingual, organized and professional Superintendent/Concierge with enough experience to take care of the maintenance of several buildings with over 200 apartments in Laval/Montreal.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities include</strong>:</p><ul><li>Vacuuming and cleaning the building</li><li>General maintenance and repair work</li><li>Maintaining and preparing vacant apartments (repairs and painting)</li><li>Minor carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs as needed</li><li>Handling all tenant maintenance requests (lights, filters, appliances, plumbing, etc.)</li><li>Being able to do basic appliance repairs</li><li>Purchasing all supplies or parts needed for the repair of work</li><li>Contact and deal with vendors (electrician, plumber, generator, appliances, etc.)</li><li>Maintain building inspections (generator, elevators, alarm panel, sprinklers, etc.)</li><li>Landscaping (grass cutting)</li><li>Snow removal</li><li>Sometimes take out trash and recycling on collection days</li><li>Ability to frequently use general maintenance tools, supplies and equipment such as, but not limited to, hand tools, pressure washers, blowers, painting equipment, pool chemicals, de-icing equipment, ladders, landscaping equipment, sanders, safety equipment, etc.</li><li>Ability to frequently handle and use chemicals and supplies general cleaning.</li><li>Must possess basic hand tools required to perform maintenance tasks.</li><li>Position requires driving responsibilities (may use company provided vehicle and/or personal vehicle).</li><li>Must possess a valid driver's license.</li></ul><p><b>Must be able to drive in the Laval and Montreal area.</b></p><ul><li>Assist with emergencies outside of business hours</li><li>Eligible to work in Canada</li></ul>- LocationMontréal, QC
