Armour Group Inc. / Premium Services Group & affiliated companies are a group of companies providing administrative support for a variety of programs and products in the insurance sector. Established in 1995, this fast growing company is looking for a highly motivated team player to fill a part-time position as Compliance Admin.
*Core Competencies* - highly organized, self-starter, highly proficient in MS Office including knowledge and proven experience with excel; works well independently or in a team environment; supportive of peers; strong communication skills. Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
*Responsibilities:*
Make scripted outbound calls to customers as after sales support to reiterate features and benefits of product purchased (no sales calls). Use of excel in daily outbound calls for reporting and tracking. Responsible to ensure all tasks assigned are completed in a timely manner or escalated as needed with the appropriate level of urgency. High level of attention to detail is required. Work with team members to support the compliance program and VP.
