*JOIN OUR TEAM*
We are seeking a highly engaged, energetic, organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Prince George, BC. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and a proven ability to lead and manage projects from inception through to completion. This role requires excellent communication and collaboration with a variety of stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within the agreed scope, time, and budget. The Project Manager will also be responsible for coordinating resources, managing relationships with Clients, and utilizing project management tools to track progress and ensure successful outcomes.
This position will provide strong leadership in all aspects of the work in accordance with all company Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards and procedures.
*Role and Responsibilities*
* Manage assigned projects from award to completion.
* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resourcing;
* Define project objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders, including identifying opportunities for an expanded scope within the project;
* Manage project risks, including developing contingency plans and mitigating strategies, and communicating progress and challenges to project stakeholders and senior management;
* Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle;
* Provide regular project reporting as per Client requirements;
* Develop quarterly reporting of project financials and progress to Senior Management;
* Develop weekly project forecasting and track against it;
* Monitor crews and equipment onsite to ensure maximum production levels are being achieved as per project KPI's;
* Ensure field crews follow Kode quality control procedures and that all products meet set quality standards;
* Ensure of the implementation of Kode's equipment maintenance program on assigned projects and monitor crew compliance;
* Track inventories and work with field Supervision to ensure that they are maintaining acceptable levels of inventories to support the operations;
* Mentor Superintendents, Supervisors and Foreman on best practices, employee engagement and the application of Kode's core values;
* Provide leadership in safety and environmental stewardship by demonstrating and ensuring the adherence of company safety and sustainability ideals, processes and procedures;
* Coach/provide direction, and review the performance of personnel reporting directly to you
* Ensure all Team members understand and carry out their roles and responsibilities and work safely;
* Organize investigations on any incidents or accidents. Work with the Supervisors and crew to ensure the appropriate investigative activities are performed as per the HSE program requirements;
* Review all incidents and administer discipline as needed to project crews.
